Showed up at 9:45pm to look at the Rams while the dealership was closed and when we got there there were still employees there finishing up a previous deal. Nice selection and prices. When it comes to promising to fix things, make sure you get it ALL in writing or they will not honor it. I bought a 2019 wrangler with the hood severely scratched. I was promised by joe Shwartz it would fixed along with some paint bubbling on 2 doors, damaged center console latch and unconnect issue. all was fixed except good. When I brought it to joes attention he swore he had no idea what I was talking about and then asked if I had it in WRITING. I did not. The only thing they wrote down was the console latch as it was the only part that had to be ordered. They all come off as great guys and ready to help. I do love my car but do not leave without everything in writing. They will not help you later on. They will deny conversation if it wasn’t in writing or warranty related as I found out later was the case with the bubbled paint. Get it all in writing. They are not your pals, friends etc. They’re a business who’s job it to make money. More
