When my wife called to cancel/reschedule (uncertain who she spoke with), she specifically inquired if a "pick up /drop off service" was available, due to the medical emergency conflict. Even though she offered to pay for "that service", the response was no, it didn't exist, and we had to ( in hindsight, inconveniently) reschedule a few days later. Like I said, the service is always great, but this was very disappointing to discover just now... More
