I brought my ram 1500 to the dealership for an engine light being on. The engine light was not on when I took it to the dealership. The service manager ask me if he could take it home to try to get the e light being on. The engine light was not on when I took it to the dealership. The service manager ask me if he could take it home to try to get the engine light to come back on. I also ask them to do an oil change on the truck. I called them the next day and they said the light did not come on. I told them I would pick the truck up after I get done work. When I went to pick the truck up they never did the oil change like I ask them to. They told me they thought I did not want my oil change because I was picking up my truck after work. They should have asked me if I still wanted my oil changed but they did not. I never told them not to change my oil. More
Bought a 2019 Toyota Tacoma, drivers side rear tire needed repair from a lodged screw. Asked that it be repaired before leaving the dealership. It was not. Paid to have it plugged. Inadvertently left my EZ-pass in the Dodge Ram that was traded. Asked to have it mailed to me. To date it has not been received. Initial contact with Randy on the purchase of Tacoma led me to believe that it’s purchase for the sum of 30k was an acceptable offer(his words). Actual purchase price was 39k and Randy was conveniently unavailable upon my arrival. Not a great experience to say the least. Love the truck, the deal, not so much. I take responsibility for my lack of negotiation/understanding. More

Tyler was very helpful in executing service at my convenience, and even better with communication throughout the 2 days of service needed. A routine oil change turned into needing to purchase a brand convenience, and even better with communication throughout the 2 days of service needed. A routine oil change turned into needing to purchase a brand new tire after completing requested investigation of an air leak. The tire wasn't available on the same day of service (Saturday), however everything was ready to go Monday as expected from Saturday's conversation with Tyler. Also, Tyler was very flexible when tire was ready to be finished mounting on Monday, allowing me to show up at 430p. I appreciated him (and the shop team) squeezing me in just before shift's end for the day, and not having to complete on Tuesday. Allows a pleasant experience whenever coming in for service...Thanks again, guys! More
