I brought my truck in for service in October because it was squeaking and I had an issue with the truck not turning over on the first truck. The belt was replaced, that stopped the squeaking. I got the truck back, the next day I didn’t turn over in the first try after we replaced parts. But it only did it once. I was waiting for a sway bar that was on back order. I got a text the part was in. In the meantime, I had an issue with the truck not turning over again. The sway bar was replaced but no issue was found with the truck turning over. I got the truck back on a Friday, two days later the truck took 8 attempts to turn over, and the next day took 3 attempts to turn over. I dropped the truck back off on Monday 3 days after picking it up. I was told that the wind module needed to be updated and that I should replace the key fan which cost me $350. I get a call Friday telling me my truck is ready. I go to pick it up Saturday morning and it didn’t turn over in your parking lot. Some more testing was done, and a bad fuel pump relay was found. The service manger was very cooperative, and replaced the fuel pump relay at no charge. I have left 2 messages for the GM of the dealership to call me back to discuss a credit for the spark plugs, battery and key fab, which were all clearly not needed. I have not received a call back and it’s been almost a week of calling. More
I used to lease/service my RAM from another dealership and I my experience with them got worse and worse and that’s why I left and went to Performance Dodge. Sales team was excellent and kind. Took my tr and I my experience with them got worse and worse and that’s why I left and went to Performance Dodge. Sales team was excellent and kind. Took my truck for service for the first time and they were just as impressive. Made an appointment, when I got there I was greeted, was advised of the estimated time for service and it was on point to what they said. Looking forward to doing future business with them. More

Good service. On time and quickly completed.
