I took my 2018 Ram to this dealership where I purchased it. Upon dropping it off I decided to look at the inventory on the lot when I was approached by Andy. I had mentioned that I was considering trading it. Upon dropping it off I decided to look at the inventory on the lot when I was approached by Andy. I had mentioned that I was considering trading or selling my truck for a newer unit. We went back into the sales floor and I completed a partial application. I told him they would be authorized to run us off credit report but not a hard credit report At that point we talked about with the value of my car they made me an offer that I was delighted with. I looked at one vehicle that's at inside the showroom floor, and I've stated I wouldn't pay that price. They proceeded to tell me different things and asked about what my down payment would be end they outlined what the sale would be what my monthly payment would be. I was happy with the information given. And told them I would be in contact at a later date. By the end of that business day I received an email from them expressing their gratitude for spending time with me and anticipation of future business. On 4/27/22 I received this text. Hey, Mr. Poluga, it's Andy from performance dodge, we just had a customer looking at the Laramie on the showroom you were interested in, fortunately they got denied a loan, I don't know the exact details but their looking to get a co signer. I would love to sell you this vehicle you seem like a good guy. Also it is the end of the month which means the price could go up in the coming week, would there be a day and time this week that seems fit for you and your wife to come in to get a feel for the vehicle and take it for a test drive, also as you know I'm brand new and have not sold a vehicle yet. So it be great in my first week and a half to get a sale. Just let me know when it is convenient for you and if you change your mind no big deal, I understand. No matter what thank you for your time and consideration, I really appreciate you giving me a chance. My response was Dont hold a sale up for me. To use high-pressure sales tactics is really not a good thing for anyone in the sales business to do. In the beginning Andy and I'll wreck or professional but it's time I moved on and these attitude was not really respectable. I did not work with anyone in the management department so I'm not sure why it's asking me for that information. Also I would prefer not to have any contact by the dealer sales department although they read the review before it goes live More

Appointment was made for 7 AM. Didn’t hear back from them until 5 PM with over $500 in maintenance recommended. After getting the car back they did not rotate the tires which I pai Didn’t hear back from them until 5 PM with over $500 in maintenance recommended. After getting the car back they did not rotate the tires which I paid for, and they reinstalled the wheel well liner incorrectly after doing the vapor canister recall. Guess I’ll have to check the oil to see if they even changed that. More
