I have been dealing with Performance Dodge since 2008, when I purchased a new Dodge Ram 1500. Since then I have leased 3 new Dodge Durango, the latest being 2 years ago. Not only do they have an outstandi when I purchased a new Dodge Ram 1500. Since then I have leased 3 new Dodge Durango, the latest being 2 years ago. Not only do they have an outstanding Sales Team, but their Service Team is also outstanding, because they treat you as a customer, when it it is time for service, and not forget about you once you walk through the door following purchase. I think there were only a couple of things I noticed this that were different. ¹I saw a service tech take my car out and zip around the fenced-in lot chirping my $1200 tires. I'm not happy with that. I also was not happy hearing my car being revved-up either. I know it's a Scat Pack, and yes, I do know how to change oil (I was an aircraft mechanic for 15 years, and worked in an auto shop as well during that time) and I know revving the engine is not a requirement of an oil change. ²This time I was not provided an inspection sheet of the things that were gone over during my oil change. I've always been provided one and I was disappointed that I did not receive one this time. That being said, I do not believe just because a shop may be busy, complacency or a lack of service should be allowed to rule the day. More
I have nothing but praise and warm words for this dealership. Dave Springle and the entire service department are incredible . Excellent communication from start to finish. Ease of appointments. Attention to detail and perfect service every time. The office ladies are a delight each time we pick up our vehicles. We will go no where else. A smaller dealership but not small on excellence. Individual attention. First name basis. These folks are TOP NOTCH. You will not be disappointed bringing your vehicles here. More
