Sales ad was completely misleading and not accurate. Bought Jeep site unseen because it was factory certified and only four years old. After speaking with three different salesman about my online application, each one never called back, I finally reached someone who said he would help me. After speaking with him, I told him I would pick the car up on Saturday (Thursday and Friday were Christmas and Christmas Eve). So he tells me, after I filled out all my financial stuff online that he wouldn't hold the car because they were still open for Christmas Eve. I even said I would put a deposit down and he further stated they don't take deposits on cars.. (Never heard that before). So I came in on Saturday morning ,at open, to get Jeep and started to discuss the vehicle. I asked where the soft top was so I didn't forget it. (Hard top was on it) comes back and says it doesn't have one.. (but ad says it does) Sorry, nothing I can do. So I decided to let it go bc I was getting a good deal. When I got home and went to go somewhere, I noticed there was no remote start (as advertised in ad) I called dealer and spoke with the sales rep about it and he said he would have his boss call me... Nope, no call. Then after that, I started to look at the ad and see what else was, possibly missing. Oh, the aftermarket security system is not there as well. Tell me how you can not read over your ads before publishing. That's like high school intelligence there. ( No disrespect).. More

Terrible Customer Service When I drove up to purchase my jeep my time in the dealership was very nice. I originally would have recommended them to anyone I knew that wanted to purchase a vehicle. It has now been OVER a month later and my bank has yet to receive the pay off amount. I have now made TWO CAR PAYMENTS ON A VEHICLE I DO NOT OWN. No one ever answers the phone or returned emails or voicemails. I also have not received my memorandum title for my vehicle as well. I wish I would have read the reviews about this place before I purchased my vehicle from them. More
DISHONEST DEALERSHIP . Being a car dealership it goes without saying that these places have their reputations for a reason. However, the experience I went through here is . Being a car dealership it goes without saying that these places have their reputations for a reason. However, the experience I went through here is proof in the pudding. I had recently taken my vehicle to a Firestone for an oil change. While working on my car they spotted a nail in one of my tires and wanted to remove the nail and patch the tire for me. However, they were unable to remove the tire since it was equipped with a special 'locked' lug nut. I did not have possession of the key to remove this special lug nut. I had to take my vehicle to Performance (where I purchased it new 2 years earlier) since they would have the lock to remove the lug nut. After all they decided to put this 'locked' lug nut on to begin with. I never asked for the vehicle to come with these special locked lug nuts and the salesman never told me about this unique circumstance. (Not being upfront is kind of shady) I asked them to replace the special lug nuts with regular standard lug nuts. Somehow these standard nuts cost $8.25 a piece. Talk about high margins! However, Performance then told me they couldn't remove the nail and do a basic patch because of where the nail was lodged into the tire. The only option was to REPLACE THE ENTIRE TIRE. Give me a break! Firestone told me a couple hours earlier they could do a patch on the tire. Obviously I declined Performance's 'recommendation'. After regular lug nuts were put on to replace my special ones I took my vehicle back to Firestone. They were able to remove the nail and patch my tire no problem at all!! Moral of the story: Performance LIES!!! More

We exchanged a few emails prior to my purchase, he was always quick to respond, polite and professional, Good character guy. Was very helpful. Also appreciate Tyler Brown in the finance.dept.. I was very pressed for time, had an appt. & only had app 20-25 minutes before I had to leave.. He came through with several minutes to spare. Smooth and effortlessly. Very much appreciated ! We live app 2 hrs away.. But because of these 2 guys, I would make the 4 hr round trip again to buy a from Performance CJDR Georgesville | Columbus, OH Thanks Don More

Months later car not fixed. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE Hands down the WORST customer service experience I've dealt with. My two year old Jeep started corroding on the hood. I was also experiencing the car radio and accessories not turning off after shutting the car off. After two months of leaving unanswered voicemails with their service department I finally got to talk to someone. They made me an appointment for Nov 4. Took my car in on the 4th and was told I didn't need to go to them but instead drive to the Auto Body shop they use out at Easton. I was told I would hear back within 3 days if the work was approved...15 days later i called to find out it had been approved days ago, Jeep just failed to contact me. For the second time i drove out to Jeep and met with Don Chesser. He told me he would have contacted me but had no way to reach me. Keep in mind I was on all the emails between Don and collision. I also bought they car AT THEIR LOCATION. From here I get a rental car and was told I would have my car back by the end of that week. Well...the rental had a slow leak in the rear tire that I had to fill up every time I drove it. This went on for TWO WEEKS. I called the next Monday (3 days after car was to be finished) I was told it wasn't finished and no estimate when to expect it. Today, 6 days after it was supposed to be finished I had to call them to find out it was ready. OH...AND THE CAR STILL ISNT WORKING PROPERLY. Do not use this dealership for purchasing or warranty repairs ! More

Dishonest, Unethical, Shady. Avoid at all costs. After what I thought was an excellent experience, I had to delete and rewrite my review of this dealership. They'll lie to your face, claim they never lied, will them make excuses, and then ultimately ignore all your calls, emails, and correspondence. I have no idea how this place has above a 4 star rating. Unethical, Dishonest, and Shady. Would I recommend coming here? You decide based off my experience. As they say, there’s always two sides to a story but you would think you wouldn’t ignore a customer. Simple customer service and good business right? I purchased a car several months ago. A representation was made by the sales associate during negotiations the car had “new tires.” Turns out only two of the tires were new after I took it in for a non-related checkup. I called the sales associate to discuss this matter. He asserted he never make such a representation. I then escalated to a Manager who informed me he would consult with his Manager to try and rectify the situation and see what they could do. After being told I would receive a call back in one day I have never received any call. I followed up two times each of the following days with the Manager and sales associate. No responses. At this point this dealership is simply ignoring my calls, texts, and communications to address this matter. I have spent the past week after the calls to the Manager and sales associate to discuss with the "Main Manager." He answered my call and has now ghosted me as well. Do yourself a favor and go to a business who actually treats people with respect by responding to a customer after a purchase. More
