Will never bring my jeep back for service there again. I bought a Jeep from this dealer a couple of weeks ago, and when I left the lot there was obviously a major and potentially deadly problem with the steering. I managed to get the Jeep home, and called them and when I left the lot there was obviously a major and potentially deadly problem with the steering. I managed to get the Jeep home, and called them to try and get the problem solved but they told me the car was sold as-is and basically it's my problem now. I also noticed it was running hot on the way home so I popped the hood and the coolant was completely empty. Oh, and one of the tail lights was out. I had to come in for an unrelated thing and talked with the sales manager, and he pretty much gave me a sorry-not-sorry response and obviously just wanted me to leave him alone. What I'm trying to say is, if you are planning on buying a used car here - you probably shouldn't, they literally don't even look at them before listing them for sale. You'd probably get a better deal on Craigslist honestly, or at least a better chance that the seller knows what you're buying. More

The sales people are very friendly here but the service department is awful. I had a horrible experience over a year ago and thought I would give them another chance. I shouldn't have. I even reached out to the service manager each time to let hime know and nerf heard a word back. Long story short for this time around they had my car for 10 days and never found my sunroof leak, and didn't fix my radio after I had gave them the ok to do so. When I went to get my car they still made me pay $250..00 when they didn't fix anything. Took my car to the Delaware dealership the next week and they found the leak and fixed my radio. They were super friendly and kept me updated. I will never go back to this dealership again. More
I called on Saturday and made an appointment for Monday. I received a call Monday morning from Joe gave him a call back. Spoke to him gave him one of my warranties. Tried calling back Monday evening bc I had not heard anything about what was going on. Left a message no call back. Called Tuesday left another message no call back. Called Wednesday received a txt saying they were working on my vehicle. Called left a message for Joe to call me to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle not txt me. Received nothing. Thursday at 430pm get a txt with a diagnosis on my vehicle followed by a voicemail with a quote. My vehicle was supposed to be looked at MONDAY didn’t even get looked at till THURSDAY. Had they looked at my vehicle and called me back when they said they would I would have been able to get my second warranty information to them. However Friday I went and picked up my vehicle and took it to a different dealership to be fixed. Asked for a manager when I got there which the manager had left for the day. So there was another guy that said he was the between starting explaining it to him then Joe walked in and that guy just walked away. More

So I did.. took the truck home I had it a total of 12 hours and took it back to the shop because it was making terrible noises and the truck stayed in there possession for 30+ plus days... I contacted the general sale man Chris and it took me a week to get a call back. Once he reached out to me he said he could help me get into something else and they would buy the truck back in FULL.. I got there at 10am to meet Chris didn't see him till 2pm. I test drove a truck still didn't talk to him finally got to speak with him and he was absolutely rude told me he didn't have to help me and left me with -5200 in negative equity after he said he was gonna buy the truck back from me.. the sales men that sold me the first truck helped out more than the GENERAL SALE MAN!!! Chris is a very unprofessional manger and only cares about not losing money not only that he has a very short temper and is not fit for that job.. this dealer will rip you off any chance they get.. We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee in mid December after losing our only vehicle due to an accident. Insurance gave us a rental car for just one week so we felt pressured to find another car. We looked at local dealerships and online at numerous sites for an affordable replacement and ended up driving to Georgesville after contacting Performance CDJR. Though we are “seniors”, this was our first purchase from a car dealership. Justin met us at the door, took our info, and sent us out to test drive a Jeep that was 9 years old but extremely clean. Once back inside we needed time to mull this over. Justin gave us privacy several times, with no pressure, while my husband and I discussed a possible purchase. Once we made the decision, Justin walked us through the process. When we returned two days later, Justin had the car ready and waiting. He printed directions to the nearest rental car return for us so we could drop off one and drive our new one home. Justin’s service was informative, friendly and courteous. We are grateful that this became a good experience. More

Customer service is a joke. They give you the run around once you sign on the line. Went and picked my Jeep from service and it took them 30 mins to find it and was supposed to detailed but did a terrible j once you sign on the line. They are bigger talkers my advice is to get everything in writing. More
