Purchased my second vehicle there 3 weeks ago. Salesman Tim Cox was fabulous both times. The car has transmission issues, probably why it was traded in. I took it to service, not a super friendly staff but they did look at it. 2 days, told me "can't find anything wrong with it". Picked it up and transmission issues right away. I had asked to speak to the sales manager to see if I have an option to trade it for something else, but he wasn't in and didn't call me. I guess I'm stuck with a vehicle that I'm paying for monthly that I can't trust to drive safely. Very frustrating when you are told "nothing is wrong" when you know there is. Highly recommend salesman but not dealer. More
Horrible Service followup with recent Ram purchase. Dealership salesman, Tim Cox, will not return my calls/ text. Choose another salesman if you decide to shop there. Dealership salesman, Tim Cox, will not return my calls/ text. Choose another salesman if you decide to shop there. More
Bought a vehicle a year ago that had a check engine light on. We were told it was not a problem but that the service department could not find the issue. The vehicle was back in the shop 2 months later for t on. We were told it was not a problem but that the service department could not find the issue. The vehicle was back in the shop 2 months later for the same check engine issue and have been there 3 additional times since then. This last time they had it 2 months and we continued to not hear from them at all. We had to continue to ask for updated. We were given the vehicle back and told that it was fixed and had to tow it back 10 hours later because it was undriveable. Then we were told the issue it is now having they knew about but just did not fix it. Now the tire is shoot and they were brand new tires when we purchased the vehicle but told there is no warranty on them. More
Sold me a used vehicle with zero brake life left on the front pads (metal on metal) and less than 3mm on the rear. This was after I was given this long spill by Drew when negotiating my vehicles trade in v front pads (metal on metal) and less than 3mm on the rear. This was after I was given this long spill by Drew when negotiating my vehicles trade in value, that there is a lot of time in money that goes into them servicing the trade ins. And they will not put them on the lot if they are not safe. I guess having no brakes is not a safety concern for this dealership More
After hours of research, I located my "dream" truck online which this dealership had. I contacted the sales group (Greg) and asked about the truck. It was still available and he ended up sending me the online which this dealership had. I contacted the sales group (Greg) and asked about the truck. It was still available and he ended up sending me the out the door price. I did have a trade-in which they gave me a very low offer for it. I was informed on multiple phone calls that the truck could not be held until I advised I was on the road heading their way. I completely understand this. But, I was informed once I am on the road, they will pull the keys. I contact Greg and let him know something as, hey I'm on the road but I'm stopping at Kia quick to sell them my vehicle, and then I'm going to Uber to your location (20 minutes away) Side note: Performance offered me 28K for my vehicle and Kia gave me 33.5K hence why I stopped at Kia first. While at Kia, I again contact Greg and let him know I am selling my car and waiting for them to finish their documents for me to leave in my Uber. He says something like, great, ill see you soon and the truck is upfront waiting on you. It should also be noted that Greg and the dealership know I am pre-approved through my own banking, so therefore, this is a cash deal for them. A forsure sale. A short time later, I inform Greg I am in my Uber heading to his location (20 minutes away.) While in the Uber for maybe 3-5 minutes, Greg calls me. He says something like, Hey we are not holding the truck for you anymore and someone is coming to buy it. The first one here gets the truck. This information is per Greg's manager, Chris. I was informed the other individual was also 20 minutes away so I better hurry if I want the truck. I then asked to speak with Greg's manager, Chris. I speak with Chris and ask him to keep this sale ethical and professional. He informed me that whoever told me they would hold a truck is giving false information and they do not do this. Okay a simple mistake, I get it. But let us refresh here. I know the numbers, I am pre-approved and stated I am buying the truck on arrival, I SOLD my car to another dealership, I'm in a Uber heading to the location and now all of a sudden the truck can't be held for 20 minutes? Lets say I haven't even left my house yet, I then understand you have a forsure sale coming in and I haven't left. I get it. But that isn't the case, I'M IN MY UBER!! Chris (manager) claims the above is acting in a professional and ethical manner. I disagree and if you reading this can actually try to place yourself into this story you would as well. I got the truck. Allegedly I arrived one minute before the other guy. Though I got the truck, this was the most bizarre experience I have ever had. I walked into the dealership and didn't even want Greg to show me the truck. I just wanted to buy it and leave. Which I did. If someone higher than Chris reads this, I don't want to be contacted. Just hopefully this review/comment will allow you to see flaws within your management. Maybe even a lesson on the meaning of acting ethical and professional. Greg asked that I leave a good review because it does affect him but after this experience, I would be a fool to do so. Greg as an individual was very respectful and professional during my entire visit I will say that. More
Good sales department, pathetic service department. The salesman i worked with, John Williams, has sold me 2 trucks now. Both of those experiences were awesome. I havent decided if ill nuy anything else fr salesman i worked with, John Williams, has sold me 2 trucks now. Both of those experiences were awesome. I havent decided if ill nuy anything else from here or not yet, well see later. I just know this swrvice department will never touch another vehicle of mine. The first truck i bought, a '16 Ram 2500, i had in the shop for some recall repairs, never seemed an issue from there. However, any time i took it in, for anything else, the problems didnt exist to them. They couldnt find the exhaust leak, which was a loose clamp around the EGR that i later found myself. Recently, i bought a 2021 3500 dually because the 2500 started throwing transmission error codes. They were sayung theyd have to have the truck in the shop for 4 - 5 days to diagnose the problem and it wad my only vehicle. I had a 100,000 mile drivetrain warranty. Never any problems besides the exhaust leak, until the truck turned over 105,000 miles, then, Surprise! Anyway, i had the 2500 truck in to get the transmission error checked out, which lead to me buying the new truck. I shouldve known to just tell my fiance to leave the moment she pulled in. The service dept guy, whos name i forgot, told my fiance that my truck needed an alignment as soon as she pulled in. He said their camera looking at the garage door alerted him the truck was way out of alignment. The thing is, the tires on the truck get rotated every 4000 and they have over 40,000 miles on them. There not 1, even slightly little, odd wear on those tires. This is where everything just went to xxxx in a hand basket. I told the man he can check the alignment but thats it. Ive had the alignment checked on that truck every 6 - 8 months since i bought it. Its never been off, never. I couldnt get it checked in 2020 because of all the nonsense pandemic, and it had been doing fine, so i wasnt worried about it. They claimed to check it and claimed my drivers side steering tire was out if whack. They claimed they didnt mess with the alignment, but after we got the truck back, it was pulling HARD to the left. After 3 days of nonsense phone calls, i got the truck back to them to fix the alignment. They again, didnt listen, did whatever they felt like. Did a video inspection of everything on the truck, and told me everything i already knew. They claimed they didnt do anything to the alignment, but now there is another "problem" with something in the rearend, but hey, the alignment miraculously fixed itself! They even tried to offer me "an excellent service deal!" For nearly $300, theyd change my oil filter, almost 2 gal of oil and 2 fuel filters. Thats what it costs me to change my oil in my dump truck that holds 12 gal of oil! This is why i do all my maintenance myself! Ill NEVER take either of my trucks back to that service department. If youre smart, youll stay the xxxx away from those con artists. Its no wonder this is the lowest rated dealership of all their lots More
The follow up after spending $50k on a new vehicle is terrible. Do not take the vehicle off the lot until everything that is supposed to he done is done. Also don't count on the service department to com terrible. Do not take the vehicle off the lot until everything that is supposed to he done is done.
