I was looking into buying the new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Since they had not hit the show room floor yet I wasn't too sure of all the options that came with it. My salesman John Gerlach, Brad, Jam Unlimited. Since they had not hit the show room floor yet I wasn't too sure of all the options that came with it. My salesman John Gerlach, Brad, James and George sat me down and printed off every bit of information they were able to get ahold of on the car. They treated me like an individual and gave me thier honest opinions and didn't try to pressure me into anything. I also had alot of questions about the car and if they didn't know the answers they got in touch with someone who did and relayed the information back to me. The customer service there was second to none I don't see how it could have gone any better. Thanks to John, Brad, James, and George they made my car buying experience very memorable and easy. I will definitely be returning to this dealership in the future and will recommend it to anyone who is in the market for buying a new car. More
We were first shopping around for a new Dodge Ram to pull our new camper with and Performance, Drew and his sales manager specifically, were very upfront and worked hard to get us the best deal on a great tr our new camper with and Performance, Drew and his sales manager specifically, were very upfront and worked hard to get us the best deal on a great truck. We liked the service we got so well, we decided to trade in our car for a new Chrysler 200, and Drew and Brad worked hard to make that deal happen and get us in a payment we were comfortable with and into a new car we love! We would definitely recommend Performance to everyone we know for the great service and dedication to the customer. More
Drew and Bob were great! They were friendly, did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, and were extremely responsive to my questions and timing! The finance guy on the other ha they said they would do when they said they would do it, and were extremely responsive to my questions and timing! The finance guy on the other hand was not so great. After I said I didn't want the add'l lease coverage he did not say one more word unless I prompted it...not ONE. I had also asked that my paperwork be ready to sign so I could sign and drive (my time is important to me) and he had not printed the paperwork as requested. I suggest you have your SALES guys attempt to sell customers on the added coverage at the time of sale....finance guys don't work and play well with others....it's not in their skill set! I can say that as I'm a CPA and work in finance!!! More
I don't recommend the service deparment. I took our van into service for a noise under the hood. After spending $500 to fix the noise, it is still there. They would not negotiate a partial refund.
