Service department will nickel and dime you before they even get to the actual problem and give you a fee for diagnosis multiple times. purchased a 5 yr extended Warranties on all 3 and they were "canceled" / "deleted" by Performance on March 2023 and no refunds given. I have 1 of the 3 cars from Performance with a broken water pump and no warranty!!! I called warranty company and they stated the dealer deleted them. Now the dealer is giving a run around and has taken over a week with no resolution still. Unfortunatly, last Friday they called asking if I wanted a refund or to reinstate, I stated reinstate and by Monday afternoon, I still do not have a valid waranty contract # to file a claim on for any of the 3 vehicles... terrible communication internally. Every call made, was someone new and they had no information andI had to re-expalian evrything over and over again. (They didnt even give a price break on 3 cars bought in 1 day). watch out for greeed and lies!! More

In July of 2024, my wife bought a used Hyundai Sante Fe from this dealership. Within a few weeks, we noticed the front drivers side tire was losing air regularly and the vehicle was shaking as she drove it from this dealership. I contacted the dealership less than a month after purchase and was told I would need to purchase a warranty covering the tires before they would even look at this issue. I did not, but I also did not assume it was a dealership issue. However, I was able to finally take into a shop and the technician (who used to work for Performance in Delaware) discovered a push-plug near the sidewall of the tire in question. Also, the wheel weight of that tire had come unglued and re-stuck itself randomly, leading to the shaking. Push-plug repairs are meant to get a vehicle to a shop for the tire to be replaced, not to be driven on for any length of time. I contacted Performance Georgesville and informed them of the findings and asked them to replace the tire. They refused, stating they did not see the push-plug in the 18-days they had the vehicle. This leads me to either one of two conclusions: Either they do poor inspections of their vehicles or they are lying. Whichever is true, they sent my wife out on the road in an unsafe vehicle and when I gave them the chance to do the honorable thing, they decided not to. To anyone reading this considering going to this dealership, please do not! Not only can they not be trusted to do a competent job inspecting any vehicle you may decide to purchase, they will also sell vehicles with issues that could place you and your loved ones in jeopardy. Took my 2019 Jeep Cherokee in for new battery, oil change on Aug 30. They said can't get to it till the following Tuesday or Wednesday. Heard back Wednesday and they stated brake pads AND rotors needed chang on Aug 30. They said can't get to it till the following Tuesday or Wednesday. Heard back Wednesday and they stated brake pads AND rotors needed changed (the write up stated there still pad left), battery was bad (yes I knew that) and found the ptu and front and rear differential was making noise. I never heard and noises coming from the front or rear end, but they said upon visual inspection bearing were worn. I told them yes on battery, pads ONLY, ptu and the front and back differential. They tried to hard push into changing the rotors too and wasn't happy I wouldn't authorize it. I was informed it was a special-order part and would take a week to get in and they wouldn't start till I paid 3/4 the cost of all repairs up front. I had to find a ride to go pay it and was told it would be done sometime next week. Their policy is to send a video of ALL work, the oil change tech sent a great video. Heard NOTHING from them the rest of that week and the following week so finally on Friday I called them and was told it might be done he has to check (my jeep had been there 2 full weeks at this point) after an hour when I was about to call back, they called and said it was done. Get a ride over and they are still hard pushing the rotor change. NO worn parts to show me the problem THEY found, or video of the bad parts and the replacement just had to take their word. Second time driving it the following Friday (I only drive like once a week sometimes twice) the Service 4WD light comes on. Back to dealer on Saturday and it'll be first thing Monday morning, NOPE Tuesday they finally got to it and now it's the internal DCTM current sensor is shorted out (I'm sure it got shorted while they were replacing the ptu) and yet another special order and a week to get so I'm promised I'll get my jeep back next Wednesday we'll see. First- and last-time using dealer going back to private owned garage. NEGATIVE 20 on all. Follow up on 2019 Jeep Cherokee. So it went back to dealer on 9/21 for the service 4WD (Saturday) they finally got to it on 9/24 and said it's the DCTM (controls the PTU that didn't throw codes it was there) it'll be a week as it's also a special-order part and it should be ready by 10/2. I hear NOTHING again for a week, so I called on 10/2; while at my mother's as she had fallen that morning (my grandson spent 2 hrs in the car to get me and take me there) and was told by the dealer they heard a rattle in the rear differential which i told them how as you just supposedly replaced it. I was told then it would be a warranty repair and i told them there better no charges at all for this oh and it'll be another 2 or 3 weeks. I told them this is going into lawsuit area with them, and they offered a loaner. The loaner has is actually a no-charge to me rental UNLESS I go over the set miles, eat, drink, smoke, get a scratch, speck of dirt on oh and can't take it out of the area. My mother who lives outside of Columbus has multiple doctor appointments this month. I also can't get back to work on the out-of-town house that I was moving into this year as it's not local. I told them no to the loaner as it's useless to me as I can't go where I need to with it, and I refuse to take the chance of paying for a new paint job if a rock dings it on the road. So, another 3 or 4 weeks carless and another negative 20 on everything. Don't care what stops working even if it's something "they charged me for and said fixed" never going back. More

I’ve contacted the Attorney General in Ohio after several failed attempts to get a call back from the dealership to resolve the matter. I have made 2 more payments to the finance company that financed my trade in. I have not had the car since 6/1 yet have to keep making payments to avoid hurting my credit. I have contacted the bank that financed my new loan, the dealership, the previous finance company, and the Ohio Attorney General’s office. I did finally receive a call back from the dealership on 7/3. They stated that the check had been mailed out a while ago and that the check had arrived that day 7/3 to the finance company for my trade-in. After speaking with the finance company, they claim that they don’t have the check. So in short it’s been over a month I’m still paying on a vehicle that I do not have, and now paying for my new loan on top of that. At this point, I may have to get an attorney involved and sue them for a breach of contract. I have allowed them every effort to make this right and they refuse to be transparent and hold up their end of the deal. I will never deal with this dealership ever again, and I will make sure that anyone that I know does not either. I feel like the right thing to do is to share my story to hopefully avoid somebody else getting screwed over. As a sidenote, the dealer never followed up with me after my transaction once I purchased the new truck. In conclusion, I rarely leave reviews of any kind unless they’re good but in this instance, I felt I had no choice. UPDATE: My old car loan was paid off 7/15/22, 44 days after I traded it in. More
