The best first dealership experience! This was my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership and I'm so happy with my decision to go to Performance! Performance has such a variety This was my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership and I'm so happy with my decision to go to Performance! Performance has such a variety of vehicles to choose from and an amazing staff. I did visit other dealerships before Performance and I did find trucks there that I liked but their staff weren't nearly as welcoming as the staff here. The main reason I chose this dealership was because of my salesman Drew Ballenger. I went Performance for the first time in April with my grandparents and I had plans to buy a truck then, but Drew recommended that I wait a while save up some money and try to find a new job before I purchase the truck. My grandpa said that Drew is the best salesman he had ever encountered when buying car. Later that day he told me that Drew could have very easily just taken my money but instead he was real with me and told me the truth. So when I finally decided that I could afford a new truck I went back to Drew at Performance and on June 24th I bought a certified 2014 Ram 1500. Drew is extremely helpful, informative and a very nice guy. I recommend talking to him when you visit Performance, he will help find the right vehicle for you and he will be completely honest and up front with you. I am going to recommend this dealership to everyone I know and I definitely plan on returning. More

Zero Customer Service This dealership has no customer service skills. I had just recently moved to the area from out of state and chose the dealer strictly based on locatio This dealership has no customer service skills. I had just recently moved to the area from out of state and chose the dealer strictly based on location as I had an issue with my locks not working on my jeep. I called the phone number listed on THEIR website for a whole hour (during their listed open hours) and no one answered the phone. When someone at the reception desk answered, she forwarded me to service to schedule an appointment, and guess what? No answer. I drove down to the dealer to schedule an appointment where they did not listen to the issue I was having and instead insisted I make an appointment (at the convenience of their schedule, not mine) before they would listen to the issue/take a look at my vehicle. They did not offer me service times and the soonest they could get me in was nearly two weeks away. For a fix that would take 20 minutes!! (I had already called my old dealer by this point who had heard of this issue and told me it was a quick fix). I had a new issue upon getting my car back from this dealer and when I called them to she duke yet another appointment, I was forwarded to service and kept getting voicemail. The messages I left were all unanswered. Yet a week later I get a call from their New Sales department saying I had requested information on a new vehicle. Their is no organization at this establishment and they do not know how to take care of or follow up with their customers. I will NOT be coming back. More

I've been trying to get in touch with them for 3 month and get the same thing " answering machine, and I'll be sure to get back with you" never got a call back from anyone Don't let them say they put in a order for something for you in the parts department before you purchase your vehicle. If so check before you finish your paper work, because they just say that to to hurry up and make the sale .....they really didn't put in a order for anything More
