poor service do not listen tell lies to cover themselves You are told when you're truck is ready and it is not for minor warranty and oil changes, a year in advance compliant of a problem under warranty, did You are told when you're truck is ready and it is not for minor warranty and oil changes, a year in advance compliant of a problem under warranty, did not fix them a year later compliant again and was told it was not under warranty made out like they did me a favour by not charging me when I question them they pled ignorance plus used it as an excuse why my truck was late even thu I was was told it was ready for pickup. I asked when it was in for service they said eleven I was waiting after two even thu I told them what was wrong and the oil change and fixing a taillight socket doing it myself would have taken an hour including going to a store to get the part. This is Not the first time the truck has been late l have booked for nine in the morning for oil change and minor work and came back as late as four. This has happened at least three times. If it was not for the dealership franchise the service department would be out of business. More

It's a front covering the deception & incompetence of the dealership. They are the ones with the smile and you will have nothing but headaches & frustrations. The Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau should be investigating their deceptive practices. In fact, Performance should be investigated by local journalists for their inability to honor their agreed upon obligations to their customers. They don't return phone calls and they don't care about you once they have your money. Might I remind them that they have A LOT of my money when I trusted that they were a worthy business. What a mistake! Do not shop here. There are plenty of dealers in town. If I could I wouldn't give them any stars but this website requires at least one. More
