Can't get title to get tags!! Bought a truck March the 2nd had to wait along time just to finalize the deal was at the dealership 4 to 5 hrs. Then had to drive back 1 hr and a hal Bought a truck March the 2nd had to wait along time just to finalize the deal was at the dealership 4 to 5 hrs. Then had to drive back 1 hr and a half just to pick the truck up was told it would be ready. Waited another hour or so to get it. They gave me a 45 day tag and I was on my way. At the end of my 45 days I still hadn't receive the title. Called my bank and they hadn't received the original title . The bank called found out that they didn't have the title it was at the credit union of the previous owner which is not legal to sell a truck unless you have possession of the title . They sent me a 30 day hardship tag and 23 days later I still don't have the title to get my tags!!! After three attempts to talk to someone about this issue I left a message that I was ready to file a complaint with the licence bureau. (the licences bureau wanted me to). I did receive a call then within about 20 minutes or so . They told me it was mailed out over a month ago but I STILL don't have it and they can't give me a new one. I HAVE TO GO TO THE TITLE DEPT now and pay for a duplicate one. What a joke !!!! I like my truck and got a good deal on it but after all the headache I'm not sure. I would recommend them to anyone..... More

BOTH SIDES LOST A DEAL OVER $90 IN FLOOR MATS I’m too busy to write reviews, but this one needs addressed. My wife is a lunch lady for our local schools and was insulted and offended. We made an appointment to come in to see and drive the car she was interested in on a rainy Saturday. Our original rep Tyler said at 10 am he’d see us at 1. Upon arriving we were told our sales rep had to leave for a funeral?? HUH? Another sales rep said was “covering” for him. The rep we were assigned to said Tyler had to go to a funeral, I call bull on that, he couldn’t share that at 10am but was gone at 1 for a funeral, OK, I’m gullible. Not feeling good already. Our assigned rep Juston was a very nice young man, but he was busy trying to cover and handle his other clients too. Saturday is a “cattle call” bad day to do business apparently. We’d found the car online and already had our financing in place, no trade, a clean easy deal, WE CAME IN TO PURCHASE, PERIOD! Our first offer was flat out rejected, manager said there’s NO NEGOCIATION on internet price, WOW, ok. Had we known when we first sat down there would be little room to negotiate that would have been a plus, I appreciate honesty and upfrontness, I can deal with that. Juston tried for us again, said he’d knock off $350 to “earn” our business, wife said ok but she asked for rubber floor mats for the front of the car as the ones that came with the car were dirty and in the trunk. Sales manager said ok on the $350 adjustment but NO, no mats. Seriously, our business wasn’t worth a $90 pair of floor mats? That was offensive and insulting, we said NO, if that’s how you feel about someone spending $25,000 with your company then we need to walk and we did. The deal could have been made with simple common courtesy. How about “we’ll clean the mats in the trunk for you”? I realize that’s an original idea, to ask the customer what can we do to make this work for us all? Didn’t happen, just too busy, customer is just a number, get in line or get down road. How about common respect for someone who’s willing to invest with your company. I’m not complaining about the price, I’m addressing the fact we felt like cattle, unimportant, move or move along. I’ve been in sales for 30 years, you don’t insult your clients, guaranteed you’ll lose a sale. It’s called professionalism and it was a shortage of it the day we were there with respect to our experience. It’s the smallest things that we want sometimes, it’s a stressful process for most people, make us feel like you give a you know what and we get the deal done. Otherwise we leave with a bad taste in our mouth. Saturday wasn’t our day I guess, Never again. I couldn’t be more dissatisfied. I give the sales manager a zero minus10 and our assigned rep a 5, we weren’t his customer but as a sales professional he had the power to bring it together with a small amount of forethought and a simple resolution to the wall we hit over a set of floor mats, we weren’t his customer and he didn’t really have time to deal with us. More

Dave Meeks was great along with everyone else.. Mr. Meeks was a great salesman to work with . Low pressure sales and the purchase was smooth and quick. wasn't there for hours like other dealerships.
