Failed to pay my trade in I traded in two cars and purchased a car from this company on 4/12/19. They paid off one car, but still have not sent a check for the second. I have now made two car payments on a vehicle they took possession of over a month ago. I called and they stated the check was returned because they sent it to the wrong address. They told me they would over night the check and provide me a tracking number. I did not receive the tracking number until this morning. The person who called (Wendy), asked me if I got my package and gave me at tracking number. I stated the credit union was to get the package not me. She said well there is your tracking number. I checked UPSP and UPS and no such number. Now I just get bounced around. The car was for sale on their lot last week and is now not listed. Not sure how they have sold it as there is still lien. On top of that my title transfer has less than two weeks left for the 45 day limit. Utter disaster and they really don't seem to care at all. at the end of this month I will be making payments on the car they took from me and the new car. UPDATE: 5/16/2019 I attempted to again to get resolution to the vehicle that they have taken possession of and failed to pay off with my bank. I was able to reach Nicco from the finance department. he asked me a few questions. had no idea about the situation that has been going on, which is what I get from everyone. It seems they sent the check to the wrong bank. He called me back and verified that. Said he would email "the office". I told him I need resolution today. I have tried to call him back multiple times today. I get sent to the finance department it wrings for about 12-14 times then is forwarded to the parts / service department. I told them I needed finance and I was forwarded to Honda? Seriously, Honda. None of these are cars have anything to do with Honda. Drew Haag asked me to contact him. no way on how. I called this company, and was right back in ring without pick up then forward to parts and service. At this point I think the car has basically been stolen. How can something like this be OK with them. They had my car up on their lot for sale, but how with a lien? Really not where you want to go. They really don't care once they have your money and can take advantage of you. Update 5/20/19 I was contacted by Chris Manofski about my issue. I provided him all the information on Friday on where to mail the check and exact pay off (even though I have made a payment since the deal occurred). Nothing today and call to him went to voicemail. No resolution. Same dance. More

They cracked the bottom panel of my car which is very noticeable the Service supervisor which is the night time supervisor is very rude they over charged me and when I noticed it they chanced the price I still don't know where that price came in at. There was oil all on my car scratches on my paint and my license plate is bend up! I would never come back here! More
