I had two cars serviced and I must say that the costumer service is lacking to say the least. Unfriendly, unapproachable with concerns, and unprofessional. I bought an oil change package for each vehicle but will definitely not be returning when they are redeemed. Though I’m a Dodge and Jeep man through and through I am not for this particular dealership. Collectively they leave a lot to be desired. More
The service writer knew right away what was wrong with my radio and told me when the update would be available to correct the issue. Two other dealerships were unable to duplicate the problem and therefore c radio and told me when the update would be available to correct the issue. Done a bad job fixing a scratch on a new vehicle I have a WE OWE document from the dealership they tried to fix it but could not.So I filed a complaint with the BBB going on two weeks now still have I have a WE OWE document from the dealership they tried to fix it but could not.So I filed a complaint with the BBB going on two weeks now still have not heard anything.They talked to me like I was not on there level so it appeared.All it is is a scratch and they making a joke out of it.If they cannot fix a scratch I could imagine how the rest of the dealership is ran. Truck under warranty and they wouldn’t fix problem. Spent 40k on truck and this is the second time they wiggled out of using warranty. Service department is why I’ll never buy from here again. Terrible experience. We couldn't get anyone to call us back, not even the service manager (Adam). We left the car for a week for a recheck.
