My car has been there for 8 months still not fixed. I call to get answers and no response from them. Still haven't heard anything back about it. I do not recommend this dealership. I took my car in for service and they had it for 2 weeks and never once contacted me even after I left numerous messages. When I did get my car back the turn signal wasn service and they had it for 2 weeks and never once contacted me even after I left numerous messages. When I did get my car back the turn signal wasn't working (they replaced my headlight). You would think that is something that they would have checked before giving me my car back. Also when you turn on the car and error message comes on telling you that the turn signal is malfunctioning. The person who drove my car to me should have noticed that and not let me take the car until that was fixed. More

This is by the worst service experience I've ever had. It all started when they changed my transmission fluid which created an engine light warning. I've brought the truck back four times to fix the prob It all started when they changed my transmission fluid which created an engine light warning. I've brought the truck back four times to fix the problem only to have the engine light come back on again. To add salt to the wound I called the service manager 7 times over the last several weeks with no call back. I even had the secretary email him and I got no response. The last time I called one of the service guys promised he would call me and nothing. I've lost two days of work for nothing. The least they could do at this point is get their lead mechanic on this and offer me a free rental truck for all the grief they've bestowed on me. The way I've been treated is totally unacceptable. I've been totally ignored up to this point. More

From the time I inqired online I was surprised at the respose and treatment. Most dealerships are calling your phone before you finish the info section on their website. My inquire was a reply the next day, Basically letting me know that the vehicles I was interested in looking at was still there and contact info if I wanted to come look at it. I responded I had other vehicles to look at first and I would call if they didn't pan out. Now normally at this point other dealerships are calling and desending on me like a pack of wolves. That was not the case at performance, Natalie simply replied if that falls through or you want see these trucks before decideing I would be happy to help and that was it. Obviouly I passed on the other trucks I called her from the other dealership and she said come on over and aks for Dave. We were met by Alyssa who promptly went to find Dave who was busy so, Alyssa assited us. She was Awesome throughout the entire process infact the whole exsperance was delitful. Not one time did I feel pressured or like I was being wokred. I will and already have told people to make sure they check Performance before they buy something. Anyway Thanks for being different.
