Horrible experience. Spent a 1/2 day going back and forth on numbers and landed on a monthly lease payment. Was credit approved and ready to go. I called the next morning to arrange pick up and they said it on numbers and landed on a monthly lease payment. Was credit approved and ready to go. I called the next morning to arrange pick up and they said it had been sold for a few days. Salesman was rude and just said the person I was working with in the internet sales department didn't know the status of the Jeep. I would have even considered ordering one but the sales guy didn't even offer that option. All he said was. "we only have 2 on the lot" which were not even close to what I was purchasing. I have bought 5 Grand Cherokee's and other Jeep vehicles over the years but will never consider these guys. Really poor customer service and highly disorganized. I even called the GM and never heard back. More

The sales person the first time and the second time where very help full. The Thing that I was most unhappy about was the flour matts where dirty and not cleaned.
