We got a used vehicle from here recently. Used 2013 explorer. It swiftly broke down a week later. I get that there’s risks buying used but this dealer seemed to be legit. Guess what, they are Used 2013 explorer. It swiftly broke down a week later. I get that there’s risks buying used but this dealer seemed to be legit. Guess what, they aren’t helping us. Now we have a vehicle that is dead in the water that we will have to keep making a payment on. They refuse to help us at all. We were asked to have it towed 110 miles there just to be shut down with zero help. I am a cancer patient as well and really needed this vehicle. They know this and STILL refuse to help us. If that isn’t bad business I’m not sure what is. More
