Recently had service work performed on my Jeep Wagoneer with 60,000 miles. Air ride suspension went bad and UConnect Box antenna went bad. Nearly $4,000 just in those two. Was not offered a loaner vehicle but rather a rental vehicle for $50/day. Not the type of service experience you'd hope for with a luxury vehicle let alone reliability of the vehicle. Service and support is one of the most important factors in considering what vehicle to buy and where to buy from in the future. The salesman gave me one price and the sales manager gave me another price or the finance manager. I contacted the sales manager at least five times and left messages and never got a reply. The only person that replied to me was somebody that was working on the Floor. He was kind enough to have another manager call me. This was the worst experience I can imagine I would not buy a car from this dealership if it was the last dealership on the planet. More
