Thank you Mr. Goodwrench!!! Took my truck in on 2/12/18 due to a problem with the trailer break system. After a 3 hour wait, I was told I needed a part and there was a recall on Took my truck in on 2/12/18 due to a problem with the trailer break system. After a 3 hour wait, I was told I needed a part and there was a recall on my fuel pump. They indicated all issues could be resolved by 2/14/18. I called on 2/15/18 and was told the trailer breaks were fixed, but the fuel pump was not and that they were in the process. of tracking the pump. I contacted them on 2/17 and was told the fuel pump hadnt come in. After a less than cordial exchange, I was told I could come get my vehicle. I have spent in excess of $650.00 and nothing has been fixed! More
