Kept us very informed and never skipped a beat in showing us the most amazing experience with a dealership. We had drove about three hours from Jacksonville NC to Elizabeth City with another vehicle in our eyes but this other dealership did not keep up their inventory report and couldn't even tell us the day prior that the vehicle we were looking for was gone. So going from having our minds made up on a vehicle to being told it was no longer available after three hours of driving, Mr Lilly was just what my family needed. More
