All I had to do is come in with my vehicle for appraisal. I didn't realize I would be leaving with a new truck or I would have emptied the truck. Joe was waiting for me. He had paperwork for me to sign. I can't remember the gentleman's name, but the finance department whizzed through the paperwork. I loved it. The staff emptied my truck and even transferred my full tool box to my new truck. Super great experience. More
