First time at this dealership for service. Absolutely thrilled that a GMC dealership/service department is within 10mi of my house. Service was great had an oil change and tire rotation along with the 45 thrilled that a GMC dealership/service department is within 10mi of my house. Service was great had an oil change and tire rotation along with the 45K mile maintenance service performed on my vehicle. Runs and rides a lot better now! Thanks Performance! My car was held for 12 days mostly waiting for warranty approvals, inspections and parts. If you want to overpay for service this is the dealership to go to. Also, apparently my wife when she went back to pick up her receipt for the work being done on our truck was maliciously approached by the m to go to. Great service but slow. I had a 9am appt for an oil change and tire rotation. It appeared my appt wasn’t in the system. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half and it took 2 hours.
