I found that the service center for this location is very hit and miss. I would have them indicate that wiper fluid was full and find that it would not be functional. Further, cracks in the tires are normal for New Mexico. Thus, discussion of new tires was something for next year. Be cautious with their service center. More

I am truly grateful for the consistency in professionalism and courtesy each Perfection Honda Service Advisor as well as any encounter that I have with other Perfection Honda service, parts, a professionalism and courtesy each Perfection Honda Service Advisor as well as any encounter that I have with other Perfection Honda service, parts, and sales staff members. Eddie Elvy has been the Service Advisor that I have worked with the longest. Like his Service Advisor predecessors, he consistently and respectfully handles each occasion with a professionalism when I have need to bring my Honda in for servicing, warranty work, or investigation. That is what happened on my most recent visit two days ago. This issue of my Honda CR-V’s radar sensing unit appears to be a systemic anomaly as this unit has already been replaced (2021 September) and is now manifesting similar disconcerting issues of occasionally not “seeing” the vehicle in front of my vehicle as my vehicle is traveling along at 35 mph and above; it is not always predictable and thus my description of the issue as an occasional one. Though the inconsistency of what I am observing in the radar sensing unit of my 2020 CR-V EX Hybrid was not duplicated and therefore could not be addressed, I have a well-grounded trust that the service technicians have gone through a battery of tests to see if they can replicate the troubles that I have experienced and reported. I will continue to carefully monitor the Adaptive Cruise Control’s ability to “see” vehicles ahead of me and return if it recurs with greater frequency. More

This had occurred previously over the past several months but was not replicated by service technicians when I was last in to have it evaluated. > On this occasion, my usual and highly reliable service advisor, Eddie Elvy, once again with his consistent competence nicely served as the liaison between me and the service technician(s?) and articulated my concerns to the him (or them). None of the electronic diagnosis tools that are available to PH’s service technicians were able to “see” the problem. However, when one or more of the technicians took my CR-V out for a test drive, he (they) did indeed experience what I had intermittently observed and reported with my concern about a potential for a rear-end collision... > I am grateful that they were able to observe & experience what I have over the past four to six months. We were on our way back home to Ohio from Arizona when our 2020 Odyssey with 12K miles on it began throwing codes and ultimately left us stranded for some time on a New Mexico Backroad. When we did get the vehicle into Albuquerque, Charles, Chris and the service team listened to the issues and worked us into a very overbooked schedule. They set expectations in a kind and fair manner and their teams began to diagnose the problem… Ultimately it came down to an impropper connection on a wire harness from the factory. We are overly impressed by their service, care and professionalism. From my experience as a customer passing through, you can certainly trust them to take care of you. I would recommend Perfection Honda to anyone! More
