When it was found that I needed new brakes and tires right away, I was prepared to bring the car back in the next day, as it was closing time. But Joe set me up in a loaner car because he didn't want me driving my own until everything was fixed. I really appreciated that level of concern! More

My 115,000 mile Honda CRV I have been bringing my 2007 CRV to Perfection Honda since I purchased it in 2008. They are wonderful to work with. The reason my car runs so well i I have been bringing my 2007 CRV to Perfection Honda since I purchased it in 2008. They are wonderful to work with. The reason my car runs so well is because of the service it has received from Perfection Honda. I never felt pressured to purchase a repair and honestly depend on them to tell me what routine maintenance is needed. The service rep, Christine W. who took care of me was absolutely wonderful. I will continue to take my 2007 CRV to Honda for repairs and when I am ready to buy a new car it will be from Perfection Honda. More

TPMS amber warning light cause fixed at Perfection Honda Thursday morning, 13 July '17, as I was heading off to an appointment, my TPMS amber warning light came on, so I called ahead as I was driving in and Thursday morning, 13 July '17, as I was heading off to an appointment, my TPMS amber warning light came on, so I called ahead as I was driving in and spoke with Brandi to make sure your service dept would be able to take care of my CR-V. Brandi was exemplary in her courtesy and professionalism in reassuring me that the service technicians would assess the likely cause and set forth what would need to be done to correct the issue. The RR tire needed to be replaced. Since that needed to be done, it made since to go ahead and rotate all the tires at that time. An hour and a half later, I was on my way. Relatively minor note for improvement: my CR-V was not washed when I paid, but when I brought it to the attention of "valet" guys, it was taken care of right away More
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES I DROPPED OFF MY VEHICLE FOR SOME MINOR ISSUES THAT I WAS HAVING. I DIDNT GET UP DATES FOR THREE WEEKS. WHEN I FINALLY GET A CALL THEY CALLED THE WRON I DROPPED OFF MY VEHICLE FOR SOME MINOR ISSUES THAT I WAS HAVING. I DIDNT GET UP DATES FOR THREE WEEKS. WHEN I FINALLY GET A CALL THEY CALLED THE WRONG NUMBER. EVERYTIME I CALLED TO GET AN UPDATE ON MY VEHICLE I WOULD GET THR RUN AROUND THAT NO ONE WAS AVALIABLE. THEN THE RECEPTIONIST WOULD TELL ME SHE WOULD LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK.THAT NEVER HAPPENED. MOST IMPORTANTLY NOW THAT MY VEHICLE IS READY. COME TO FIND OUT. NONE OF THE ISSUES I WAS HAVING WERE FIXED. THEY SAID IT WAS NORMAL THAT MY VEHICLE MAKES THOSE NOISES. I ASKED IF ONE MINOR NOISE WAS FIXED. AGAIN NO ON ANSWERED. SO LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I GO IN THERE AND GET MY VEHICLE BACK. I HAVE BOUGHT 6 VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. BUT THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN. More

Bug infestation in a new (to me) purchased car; no one cared The more I think about what happened today and yesterday, the angrier I become. My husband and I traveled over four hours to purchase a used CR-V from The more I think about what happened today and yesterday, the angrier I become. My husband and I traveled over four hours to purchase a used CR-V from Perfection Honda on Friday. We got there late, the salesman (Fernando) and Jennifer who worked in the Finance Office were accommodating, kind and professional. I felt good about the purchase. My husband and I were asked to come back on Tuesday (yesterday) to get my car detailed and to get a dent fixed on the vehicle (because everyone had gone home by the time we finished up with the purchasing process), which we agreed to do. Over the weekend, we didn't drive the vehicle, we didn't use the vehicle. It stayed parked in our driveway until I opened the trunk up on Monday afternoon to place my overnight bag in the trunk (I wanted to get back to ABQ a day early, so I could have an early morning start at the dealership on Tuesday morning). When I opened it, I was horrified. There were tiny little bugs crawling all over the trunk of the car -- between 20-30 of them. Because I didn't want to drive four hours with beetles in my car, I took a piece of cardboard and scraped them off/out as best as I could. I was SURE that the dealership would take care of this infestation when I showed them what happened on Tuesday morning. They did not. I got so many runarounds, so many backhanded, snide comments, "It's dirty because it hasn't been detailed yet." "I don't know of any dealership that would spray for bugs." I asked over and over for acknowledgment that this was their responsibility, that this was more than a matter of a simple "dirty" car that hadn't been detailed yet, that they would simply try their best to fix it, to address it, to spray my newly purchased car professionally and quickly. I let them know I'd done my research between Monday night and Tuesday morning -- that I learned they were carpet beetles and that they were not easy to kill, and that if larvae were laid then they could come back again and again, and that special spray was usually needed to get rid of them entirely. In the end, the only thing I received was a spray bottle of regular bug spray that can be purchased at Walmart (my salesman did this out of his own pocket, by the way...the dealership refused to acknowledge me, my concerns, or even look me in the eye by the end of all of this). I ended up staying an extra night so they could fix the dent in the car -- which they did, and beautifully so (hence, the two stars). They also detailed my car (it looks nice), though even now I'm not sure an attempt was made to spray for bugs. No one would talk to me when I asked directly about it and no one could (would?) give me an invoice about what "detailing" really entailed. I'm just so very disappointed that no one had the human decency to come from a place of understanding and empathy in this situation. No one -- NO ONE -- would want to buy a car and find it infested with a tenacious bug that is nearly impossible to get rid of. And no one would appreciate a dealership who would allow such an oversight to go unaddressed and uncorrected. I know that what happened to our new car isn't typical, it isn't the norm. But it is in times of "crisis" that we really get to see what businesses and professionals are made of. In this case, the Service Center at Perfection Honda missed the mark entirely. More
