Perfection Honda

At first I was impressed, but as cars were looked up , papers signed( I didn’t look at the fine print) it wasn’t explained to me, I didn’t order a car but supposedly a car that I liked was supposed to be papers signed( I didn’t look at the fine print) it wasn’t explained to me, I didn’t order a car but supposedly a car that I liked was supposed to be coming in and I was asked to put down $1,000 deposit( didn’t look at fine print) it was an emotional decision as my husband had passed away recently after 54 yrs of marriage, and I just stopped by on a whim to see what was available as I wanted a change in color! Emotional decision. After talking to my son I decided I would wait till next year to buy a new car so asked if I could have my $1,000 deposit back, it was declined , I was there for 4 hrs and finally asked if they would consider refunding $500, , the manager after she called the owner, agreed. After much soul searching I think if Perfection Honda wants my business in the future they will refund the other $500.I have contacted them about this but have had no response. They will not get my business as I think they played on my emotions, and I have found out that other Honda Dealerships will reimburse the deposit., especially in a situation like mine . More

In times of COVID and car chip shortages this dealership was up front and honest. They did not try to raise the MSRP to a new Market value by adding an addition several thousand dollars! > Even though I was in for a service appointment, all the staff members in all departments with whom I interact on every occasion at Perfection Honda in Rio Rancho are polite, friendly, approachable, respect staff members in all departments with whom I interact on every occasion at Perfection Honda in Rio Rancho are polite, friendly, approachable, respectful, and professional. > For this time, I was in to have an issue with my 2020 CR-V EX Hybrid’s ACC/radar sensing investigated. This had occurred previously over the past several months but was not replicated by service technicians when I was last in to have it evaluated. > On this occasion, my usual and highly reliable service advisor, Eddie Elvy, once again with his consistent competence nicely served as the liaison between me and the service technician(s?) and articulated my concerns to the him (or them). None of the electronic diagnosis tools that are available to PH’s service technicians were able to “see” the problem. However, when one or more of the technicians took my CR-V out for a test drive, he (they) did indeed experience what I had intermittently observed and reported with my concern about a potential for a rear-end collision... > 

I am grateful that they were able to observe & experience what I have over the past four to six months. Eddie ordered a replacement for the radar sensing array, which should arrive within a few days, and he scheduled that replacement to be installed soon thereafter.
