My experience with Perfection Honda started out on key. The Element I wanted was not in stock, but Daniel kept me informed of the timeline for a new arrival. When one did arrive, I was contacted and we set-up a test drive. Ken Bash was my sales consultant. Ken was low pressure, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. When I decided to make the purchase the paperwork with Rick was quick and easy. I'd like to note here that three years ago I tried to purchase a Civic or a Fit. The salesman was rude and condescending and I left Perfection telling my friends that Perfection was not the dealership to buy a car from if you were a woman. It took me three years to give Perfection Honda another chance. It was the teamwork of Daniel and Ken that convinced me otherwise. Thanks to them, I will be recommending Perfection Honda. More
