I purchased a used Honda Accord and had a great experience with it's reliability and economic transportation. When it came time to provide a reliable vehicle for our youngest daughter we passed it onto her and bought a new Accord EX from Perfection Honda on Academe. We were very happy with our experience with this car and the dealership so when it came time to buy another vehicle we naturally went back to Perfection, this time at their new location, 2603 American Road SE, Rio Rancho, NM.... The service staff (Randy and Mike) has always been very friendly and accommodating. I just bought a new car. Frank was very personable, friendly and professional. He treated us with respect and courtesy and even stayed 1.5 hours after closing on Saturday night to complete our purchase. Ian in finance and the sales manager stayed also and both were also personable and professional. They did not rush us at all. I will say that I was not intending to buy a car that day, but because of the way we were treated and the deal Frank was able to put together, it changed my mind. More
