I also randomly stopped by when Eric was at lunch and Tony was kind enough to get the keys to go over the vehicle on the lot even though he knew I was working with Eric. He too was very courteous and helpful. Alexander helping us with the financial aspect was incredible! He was friendly, excellent at explaining everything and really went above and beyond to get us the best interest rate. Eric was also very patient and helpful in going over the features of the car at the end. I found that the service center for this location is very hit and miss. I would have them indicate that wiper fluid was full and find that it would not be functional. I asked for an inspection ahead of a long (1000+ miles) drive and this location opted to not talk about tire age. The response given was that the tread and mileage was good. Further, cracks in the tires are normal for New Mexico. Thus, discussion of new tires was something for next year. Be cautious with their service center. More

Shakeem took my call on Thursday, circled back to update me on a new shipment coming Friday, and then reached out again Monday to tell me which vehicles in the shipment might work for me. I had already put me on a new shipment coming Friday, and then reached out again Monday to tell me which vehicles in the shipment might work for me. I had already put a deposit down with my local dealership, but I cancelled that and drove 50 miles to Rio Rancho to work with Shakeem. Shakeem stayed two extra hours to get our paperwork, trade and final orientation done so we could leave the dealership in our new truck that same evening! He even made sure our dog, Indigo had water and treats! I've been in sales for 35 years, but it was Shakeem that was teaching the master class in customer service! More
