Brandi was exemplary in her courtesy and professionalism in reassuring me that the service technicians would assess the likely cause and set forth what would need to be done to correct the issue. The RR tire needed to be replaced. Since that needed to be done, it made since to go ahead and rotate all the tires at that time. An hour and a half later, I was on my way. Relatively minor note for improvement: my CR-V was not washed when I paid, but when I brought it to the attention of "valet" guys, it was taken care of right away More
