Drove 7 hours round trip to work with Perfection Rich had lots of patience with us over the phone because we were going to be coming so far. Then we were treated very well while at the dealership. Amazing and Caring Customer Service!!! Rich Neese greeted my Wife and I very friendly and welcoming. He was extremely patient with me and my questions. He is an excellent salesman. I was ready to leave after another gentlemen was unable to help me with my budget issues, and Rich put 110% to bring me back and reassure me they could help. Monica O’Malley then worked with me to obtain a very reasonable offer. She was patient and presented everything to me clearly with understandable options. During my signing, Daron Overton did an amazing job to explain what warranties and services Honda offered. He made perfect sense with the services we agreed on and was very efficient, organized and friendly. Bertha Gurule was extraordinary in her knowledge of the new cars, explaining in easy terms how to operate the vast assortment of features. She made us feel more like old friends than customers. Everyone we dealt with were as kind and courteous as could be. Perfection sold us a really fantastic car at a very fair price. This was the best car buying experience I've had since buying my SS396 back in 1970. I highly recommend Perfection. We'll be buying another vehicle in the next year and I guarantee, it will be from Bertha at Perfection! More

Fernando kept Perfection is phenomenal, loyal, and dedicated in providing excellent service! Since March 2017, I’ve waited for this moment, my Type R. Fernando kept me updated, each and every time I had any questions, he quickly responded. Highly reliable customer service! Sonia notified me the very minute my Type R arrived, sent me pictures, she was excited for me! When I went to see my Type R, I was truly impressed with the staff, everyone knew I was there to finalize my purchase as they all congratulated me!
