We were able to proceed at our pace rather than being directed to things we may not have been interested in, nor were we posted to more expensive models. We left feeling like we were in charge of all final decisions and were able to take as much time as we wanted. Rukia Al-Sultan handled the financing of the car in a friendly and vey efficient manner, explaining the paperwork quickly & fully so it went smoothly. After I requested someone else help me, they brought it down more than half of what she was trying to bully me in to taking. Buyer beware! More
