service department is terrible. I love my pilot but Honda Service in Albuquerque is terrible. I've had to order parts and Honda has never called to say that they are in. When i received the car, a rivet or support device was not put in my steering column and there was a really annoying sound every time i slightly turned the wheel. Perfection Honda said they could not hear the noise and they could not help me. Took it to Garcia Honda and they found problem and fixed it. Then I had other problems with Garcia Honda. Again, I love my Honda but the service does not even come close to the service I came to expect based on my Hyundai experience. I have now been trying to contact a service person to schedule the programming of my Fob for 40 minutes. phone just rings. it is Saturday at 1:40pm. Finally reached someone by going through sales, they answered, that said they would connect me to a service scheduler. Again, phone range for 1-2 minutes and then disconnected. More

It's all relative. They are better than most but Took me 7 hours to purchase a vehicle from Perfection. They're better than most dealerships in NM but it's relative. If you've lived outside the state Took me 7 hours to purchase a vehicle from Perfection. They're better than most dealerships in NM but it's relative. If you've lived outside the state their customer service is just average. Low-balled my trade-in and did not have the vehicles listed on their web site. If the 2018 Civic wasn't such a great vehicle, I would have walked away from this dealership and gone to Santa Fe Honda knowing how down-right awful and crooked Garcia Honda is. Here's hoping their service dept is as good as advertised. More

Let me state that Monica (Sales Manager) is a real professional. I told her after the deal was complete that if I still was still in a position to hire someone I would certainly want her on my team!!!! Rich and Juan were great. I had spoken with Rich several months ago and returned to purchase here based on how he handled the initial visit. Having worked finance myself years ago, I know you need to place your clients at ease quickly. Jennifer was wonderful. She is definitely a keeper. Frank is really top notch. Somehow I immediately felt he and I could become good friends. He handled the appraisal process with me with dignity while keeping it fun. More

Exceptional Service! We were there for 2 hours looking at cars and once my mind was made the process to getting the car was quick and painless. Shakeem walked us through everything and made sure we knew exactly what was happening the whole time. Usually when you deal with salesmen they try to up sell like crazy just to make more money, but with Shakeem it seemed like he listened to what we wanted and how much we were willing to go and found the car best suited for us. I understand you do need to up sell, but he wasn't pushy about it at all. He showed us a few options and we declined. Never broughtit up again. More

The staff were friendly and very accommodating of myself and my dog. But the associate who helped us, Niki, really stole the show. She was incredibly kind and accommodating the entire time. My husband and I test drove and ran numbers for more cars than I can remember, and Niki never lost her smile. If it was not for her, we would not have found the perfect car. I could not be happier with the service that we received and I give my highest recommendations for Niki and Perfection. More
