I was drawn into their dealership over a listing on the web for the exact model, and exact car I was looking to purchase. The price was the only reason I bought here. The service has been a nightmare. I had the absolute worst experience with the sales manager, James. He is the biggest xxxxx I have EVER dealt with. First he insulted me, by only offering me $1,000 for my car. It was a 2003 Dodge Neon. I was able to talk them into giving me more off the car, before I mentioned the trade in, so I did take it (if you do go hear, don't mention your trade in, until after you negotiate a price). I then went in and talked to their finance manager, Dean. He was very nice that night, and was the only person in this entire dealership that I have nice things to say about. I called the next morning to inform them that I wanted a better finance rate, as I was offered a better rate (actually 3 percent better) then what they had offered me. I spoke with James that morning, and wow what a difference a day made! When I told him I got a better rate, he immediately assumed that I was trying to take the car back, when in fact I loved the car, just wanted a better finance rate. He treated me like I was the xxxx of the earth, and kept interrupting me on the phone, and wouldn't let me speak, and finally hung up on me! I was so angry that he wouldn't even allow me to talk, and hung up on me. He just kept talking over me, saying you signed for it, too bad, we won't take it back. I kept trying to tell him that I didn't want to take it back, but he wouldn't have any word of it, and even cursed at me! Unbelievable! I just spent close to 20,000 dollars, and you curse me, and hang up the phone on me?! He continued to yell, and scream over the phone that the deal was done, and that he wouldn't do anything to help me get a lower rate. This was by far the nastiest phone call with any business I have ever had. What ever you do, please stay away from Perfect Auto in Manassas, all they care about is taking your money, and after you have signed, if you have any problems, they don't give a shi# about you. They didn't help me get a better rate, and I had to get the another bank to buy the loan from them to get a better rate. They really tried to make a lot of money (3 percent, or $6,000) on the interest rate of the loan. In other words, they got the loan, and then added 3 points, to try and make money on me. This should have been a great experience, as I got a good car, and a good price. I am writing this negative review, solely on the experience I had with Perfect Auto after the sale. The sales manager James is the rudest person I have ever spoken with on the phone, period. James, you really need to learn how to treat customers, because of you, I will never recommend Perfect Auto, and I will do everything I can to urge people not to shop with your company. More
