At one point I called in to my sales men (Aubid) with questions about how to operate some of the features on my vehicle and he took the time out of his day to walked out to another vehicle similar to mine and walked me threw what I needed to know. I love my new vehicle and it makes it even better to be able to leave a dealership not feeling taken advantage of or worry I didn't get a good deal. I have no doubt that the price I paied was more then fair. To everyone at Perfect Auto... THANKS! I will be sure to pass out the busniess cards I asked for James, and the next time I'm ready to buy another car, Perfect Auto WILL be my first stop. More

This is now the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealer in the last 15 months. Both experiences have been great, (hence going back a second time). No pressure whatsoever, and everything that was mentioned verbally, was followed up with and delivered as promised. I am sure I will buy there again! I'd recommend to anyone! More

It was nearly impossible to find a 2007 Infiniti FX45 Black on Black, but Perfect Auto had it! I flew in from Columbus, OH and inspected the car. When I arrived back to Columbus I realized that there were no owners manuals in the vehicle. I called and spoke with Mustafa, who found the manuals for me and shipped them to me promptly. I am not an easy customer and Perfect Auto met all of my requests! More

There is nothing perfect about this business or the cars they sell. They mostly have higher end automobiles - bmw, infiniti, lexus, etc. you'll see that almost all of their cars are bought from auctions, they sell. They mostly have higher end automobiles - bmw, infiniti, lexus, etc. you'll see that almost all of their cars are bought from auctions, reconditioned, then sold at a good mark-up. the ONE AND ONLY reason for even thinking about going here would be for the price, but you have to make sure you get the car checked out, do your research, make all arrangements - basically, look out for yourself. If a discount of 1 to 2,000 compared to other places is not much to you, go elsewhere. I like getting value in everything I buy, so I did my research, took my chances, then went on in there. The reason the price is good is because they get cars with blemishes that others will not pick up. e.g. car that's been painted, chip/crack in windshield, major dings/dents, hail damage, etc. So while the price may be attractive, if these blemishes matter to you, then you're getting what you're paying for. There are a bunch of people working here, and i had the privilege of dealing with a kid as a salesman. He put on his act, followed me out when i rejected his "final" offer, then when i accepted his new price and followed him back in, i hear high fives taking place in the back office. One guy in particular is rude - James. He yelled at me at one point when i kept making a reasonable request. Professionalism and customer service do not exist here. And their no haggle policy - you can haggle since they are no carmax. Go shoot for 1g less than their "internet" price and walk out a winner. Another thing is that they don't fully own their cars. Car titles are with their bank, so if you go pay for the car in whole, it takes them a few weeks for them to mail the title to you. This means you may need to go get your own emissions testing, waste a couple of hours at the DMV and pay sales tax there, and so on. More

In particular Dean in the finance department and Mustafa on the sales/marketing staff made sure that I left with the perfect car for me and at the right price (and I checked around, believe me). All in all, I would have to say that all the employees at Perfect Auto were top notch, especially Mustafa and Dean whom I mentioned above and that this was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had! My daughter and I shopped all over the U.S. for a very specific 2006 Infiniti G35 Coupe. It had to be black or red, power everything, in excellent shape, low miles and reasonably priced. It was somewhat scary to buy a car sight unseen from an unknown dealer in another state. My experience with Perfect Auto was very positive. I dealt with Alex and found him to be very courteous, professional, and not at all pushy and aggressive. He answered my questions, dealt with me very fairly and followed up on every item I requested. The pictures on the internet were nicely done. After I put dollars down to hold the car I realized I didn't get a good view of the interior so I placed a call back over the weekend to request pictures. They were emailed to me within 48 hrs. The price I paid was a no haggle price that had expired a few days earlier (over the Christmas hoiday) and they honored it. I had the car shipped via DAS which was recommended by Alex, as I had no idea how to transport it. The car was just as it was described to me. When I registered it in my home state, I realized I needed changes made to the paperwork and Alex was again courteous and timely in overnighting me the information. The owner of Perfect Auto even found me a user manual and mailed it to me. I would buy another vehicle from this dealer. Across the board, it was a very pleasant experience. More

While searching for a high-quality late model used Infiniti, this dealership came up on several Internet searches. Their web-posted prices seemed competitive. I personally visited several auto dealerships in the Herndon-Manassas VA area, but PerfectAuto was by far the best. Even though it was mid-January they had a decent selection (they also had a selection of other vehicles like BMWs, Audi's, and high-end Nissan's). We test drove several Infinitis. This is a small dealership located in a stripmall-like business complex. However, every time my wife and I visited, the salespeople were friendly, and answered all our questions. I was not pressured at all. During several visits to this dealer, I noticed they were always busy detailing and prepping cars for sale. Making frequent visits to this dealer paid off. On one visit they had just received a 2006 Infiniti M35X with 38K miles. It had not yet been cleaned or detailed. It didn't even have a sticker price listed...but had one on their computer. It didn't even have a Virginia state safety inspection sticker, which meant I could not take it on the road for a test drive. But I liked the car. It was clean even before any detailing. I worked with my salesperson, James, a decent guy, and came up with an agreeable price as well as a contingency that involved my test driving the car before I had to buy it. They went out of their way to accomodate my requests to 1) have the car undergo a pre-purchase inspection at a nearby Infiniti dealer and 2) complete a successful test drive. The original tires on the car need replacement...and they put a set of 4 nearly new tires on the car at my request. I bought this car from PerfectAuto and am very happy with it. In summary, I'm not fond of haggling with salespersons at car dealerships. I found the folks at PerfectAuto to be straight-forward in dealing with my purchase. They did everything they said they would, as well as doing the things I asked them to. I would recommend buying a car from this dealer. It was actually a pleasant experience! More

Let me you tell something, I've been searching for Infiniti G35 Coupe with Manual Speed, Navigation, Aero Pkg, Lower price/mileages and clean. Finally found it at Perfect Auto. Call the dealership spoke with James to inquire about the car and very politely give me the info for the G35 Coupe that is in their website. I ask James for the price, processing / registration / title fee. Tax and local tax so I know exactly how much it will cost me out the door. A weeks pass, the car still there and again I called and this time I spoke with Mustafa and ask the same inquiry I had with James and again Mustafa very politely gave me the quote for the 2005 Infiniti G35 Coupe total price out the door. He told me thank you for inquiring the car and visiting our site. Four days after that I sent out an email to their site that I am interested of purchasing the Infiniti G35 Coupe. After a couple hours I have received a call from the Finance Manager Dean Stemple and said that my credit was not approved and that he was shock to see that happen because he could not believed that I was denied even though my credit rating is 760 (He told me that it was the wrong timing and the lender (banks) are really being care full no matter how good your credit is. Two weeks later he (Dean Stemple) called me and told me that my finance had been approved and If I am still interested come and get the car. I came in the next day with a friend and test drove the car with no issue whatsoever. Here's the best thing, when I email him that I wanted the car it was $2,000 more than he sold me for at the time I came in to purchase the car it was on reduced price on their website and gave me that price value instead of the original when I email him a few weeks back. Dean Stemple is one of the finest honest man I ever dealt with and very help full in getting it done. On top of all this, while the car was back in the garage I ask Mustafa that the gas tank is empty, he took the car out and drove it a gas station and fill the tank up. 'WOW' !! Dean put the temporary plate and I drove the car home to Ashland. Perfect Auto the Independent Dealer that I can honestly say I will recommend to family, friends and co-workers anyone that I know that are interested of buying a used car. After reading the negative reviews on this site, I had real reservations about contacting Perfect Auto. Nevertheless, I decided to contact them via e-mail regarding an advertised 2007 Infiniti M35x. I received a prompt response that addressed my questions regarding the vehicle. I then contacted them by phone to discuss the car and their dealership. Once again, the response was positive. I live in Maryland and decided to make the 1 ½ hour trip to inspect the vehicle. Once there, I was allowed to test-drive the vehicle for as long as I needed. I was also shown many similar cars. I ultimately bought the original M35x I had inquired about and have been very pleased. During the entire purchase, I dealt with the General Manager, Mustafa Masumi. Never once did I feel like I was being treated unfairly or unprofessionally. In the future, I would have no problem in purchasing another vehicle from Mustafa and Perfect Auto. I usually do not post my experiences on web sites. This time, I am making an exception because, based on my experience, the negative reviews are inaccurate and misleading. I feel anyone who dismisses dealing with Perfect Auto based on the negative reviews from this site will be making a mistake. More
