I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. BEWARE. Car was to be delivered to AL and arrived damaged. Spoke with Aram the owner and forwarded repair quotes, but then dodged my calls and texts BEWARE. Car was to be delivered to AL and arrived damaged. I had a lengthy, complicated and intense process to purchase my first Ferrari sight unseen from Perfect Auto Collection, 500 miles from my home (I h I had a lengthy, complicated and intense process to purchase my first Ferrari sight unseen from Perfect Auto Collection, 500 miles from my home (I had never done such a thing!), and I received for my efforts what my local Ferrari shop called “a great car.” Not only is the car great but the dealer helped me to get fantastic financing for my purchase through Jerry Alspach at Woodside Credit. I had the help of Evan Croy at Definitive Motorwerk which conducted an independent, thorough and helpful pre-purchase inspection. The process was complicated because my salesperson left the dealership just as my deal was getting to final stages. But Stephanie Massengale from customer relations helped me greatly to wrap up the final purchase details. My car arrived via overnight enclosed transport, well-prepared and beautiful. I am very happy with my purchase and with the dealer. The only complaint I have is that after the deal was done, it was difficult to get prompt return calls from the dealer to close out the after-sale aspects of the transaction like transferring title to my home state to get the car registered and delivery of my wheel and tire hazard insurance policy.
