They are a good group of people. Handled everything very professionally and the car was shipped quickly. They were not bothered by a ridiculous experience we had getting a commercial loan approved for the professionally and the car was shipped quickly. During the sale I was -provided excellent service, once I left after picking up vehicle and I had an issue, I sent emails with pictures to sales manager, accounting manager and sales rep with no response . I left after picking up vehicle and I had an issue, I sent emails with pictures to sales manager, accounting manager and sales rep with no response . I waited 8 days , talked with receptionist and asked for contact and no one ever responded. Not happy with how this transaction ended. What started as a 5 star transaction ended in a 1 star review. This was the 1st time that we purchased a vehicle out of state.
