These folks really try and help you. Constantly teaching asking what else can we do or let us know what we can do to help they really make dealers around me look not so good. The salesperson, Dennis, was very helpful and took time to show me features on the vehicle I was considering. He was also very accommodation in letting me test drive the car, and then take it to a dealers to show me features on the vehicle I was considering. He was also very accommodation in letting me test drive the car, and then take it to a dealership of my choice to have it inspected. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Options, as far as extra care for the car, were presented and questions about them were answered without any pressure to sign up. Alex, the finance director, was very helpful in helping me set up my very first wire transfer, and relieved some of my anxiety about that process. I would recommend Perfect Auto Collection to my friends and family. More

Customer service time lacking. Attention to details selling a fine auto--such-as a Bentley should warrant more care than I received. There was an issue and it was fixed. That was good. Stella was at selling a fine auto--such-as a Bentley should warrant more care than I received. There was an issue and it was fixed. That was good. Stella was attentive and was very good at making sure the items that needed attention were taken care of. I think they need to be more attentive--there are cars of the customers dreams being sold. I guess Nothing is "perfect." Still, if they are told--they could be a better dealer. I gave a 4 because there is room for improvement. I would recommend them as one choice to look at fine autos such-as mine. More
