Sales help was fantastic up until they received my wire transfer. Then sales department failed to return my calls. Car was shipped to me filthy with an empty gas tank. There was no paperwork so I could not register the car in my state. The trunk was filled with water. No second key, no operating manual. There only response was there was not enough profit in a 71,000 car to supply a second key and an operating manual.
