Horrible place to buy from, save your time and money - got lied to multiple times and promised fixes that never happened including from management. Typical used car stuff if you do not do your homework, w got lied to multiple times and promised fixes that never happened including from management. Typical used car stuff if you do not do your homework, which is a mistake I won’t do again. Trust me - you don’t want to buy from here. Things that went wrong aside from the lying and promised fixes: - damaged carbon fiber - trunk lid deeply scratched (3x) - shipping (they picked out and I paid for) was the worst I have ever heard or seen - I thought my car was stolen, seriously - TPMS needed a fix (was promised there is no issue and no lights on) - maintenance light was on (was promised it had no lights on, so see above with the TPMS issue as well) - valve stems were all missing and one damaged - no manuals or temp plates on arrival - zero customer service for any or all of my issues - there are more things, but you get the picture… More

This may seem strange…..I actually bought a Bentley from another dealership due to their having one that checked all my boxes…… After leaving messages at a half dozen shops Thursday evening after hours, another dealership due to their having one that checked all my boxes…… After leaving messages at a half dozen shops Thursday evening after hours, at 9:00 AM Friday, I received three emails that included a video from a lovely young lady offering to help me when I was ready to get information about a 2013 that they had in stock……no pressure, just a delightful, smiling offer to help me further at my convenience. The amazing thing that prompted me to write a review is how dang nice and courteous Avery Mallory was later in the day after I had texted her back that I had already bought a car. If any of you don’t know how hard it is to be pleasant after the disappointment of losing a possible commission/paycheck, take a moment to think about it. Avery not only was gracious and wished me and my family well with our new vehicle, she asked me to please call her again if I was ever looking for another vehicle…..I felt a tinge of guilt for not buying her car…..I believe that this young lady possesses a genuineness that is not typical for sales people in the car business. I also think that she will be a success in whatever field that she pursues. Remember, I bought a car from another dealer!!!
