Horrible Service If you like waiting seven hours for just an oil change, then Pepe Cadillac is the place to go! If you like being called and told your car is ready at If you like waiting seven hours for just an oil change, then Pepe Cadillac is the place to go! If you like being called and told your car is ready at 5 and then don't get it until 6:10, then Pepe Cadillac is the place for you! If you like being told that your car is being washed and then when you get it the rims are filthy (see pictures below) then Pepe Cadillac is the place for you! To top it off my car was returned to me with a message of fuel level low (see picture below)! I did not bring it in that way! What did they do all day? When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told we are looking for him. When the manager finally arrived, I was told that he was the sales manager and service manager. The service manager was gone for the day. I was also asked by him to not post a review, to give them a chance to rectify the situation. How could the possibly be rectified? I wasted a whole day and I don't see how I could possibly be rectified. When I first started out with Cadillac I thought they were great. Stay far away from this place. I know I will. I will not be renewing anything with them nor do I recommends them. In fact I am strongly against any business with them! This was Friday, I gave them until today but as of yet no one has contacted so they deserve this review. If ther is a way to add the pictures then I will. More
