But both times I've dealt with David Persaud at Pepe I've had many new car experiences, and believe me, not every dealer experience deserves 5 stars. But both times I've dealt with David Persaud at Pepe Cadillac, he's exceeded my expectations. A few years ago with a 2013 SRX lease, and just this past weekend with a 2016 Escalade ESV lease, he was able to make things happen. Been back and forth about making the decision for a few months, he was always patient, answered all my questions, was never pushy. When I finally decided to pull the trigger the other day, he and his manager were able to help me get out of my other lease early without getting buried, and got me to the payment I wanted when everyone else said it wasn't possible.
