All it took was 3 visits one to find out about the XT5, one to seal the deal on a Saturday and driving out with the new car the following Monday-which included everything being all set up-training on the new car,registration and plates on car, all paperwork handled effortlessly. Very easy and the most stress free we have had to date; we have owned many cars and dealt with many salespeople and dealerships through the years buying experience.
