Oil change, filters changed in an hour Had oil change, tire rotation, air filter, cabin filter and new wiper blades- was done in an hour. Staff is very friendly. The most honest dealership service department ever! I brought my 2012 Toyota Camry in for service, after not being able to start the car unless it was jumper cable started, leading me to believe the alt I brought my 2012 Toyota Camry in for service, after not being able to start the car unless it was jumper cable started, leading me to believe the alternator was malfunctioning. The next day, expecting to be told that the alternator would need replacing, the repair technician instead reported that only the car battery was bad, and would need replacement. I was told I could purchase another battery from them, or, if the battery was still under warranty (it was, less than a month old) the parts store where I originally bought the battery could replace it. I chose the latter, so I was charged only for the technicians labor, which came out to $33 and change. The service department could have made an unnecessary repair, replaced the alternator, and made much more money out of the deal, but they chose to be honest. I really appreciated that, so I will most likely purchase and service my present and future car at Peoria Toyota. Thank you Service Department! More
