She also very prompt in my check out and explains. The cashier/check out employ was efficient and as all staff a very large smile plus eager to assist. The refreshment has been just that, Ms made sure my needs were met and snacks with many choices. The service on the vehicle was Seamless, paper work of what was complete and Ms Koehl pointed out future service that may be required in future. I would advocate the service that I receive to anyone. At each visit I was greeted by a smile from everyone I encountered. No one seemed to rushed to answer my questions and at no time did I feel I was on an assembly line. I most recently dealt with Jenny and Amanda, but all of the service employees have been wonderful. My wait was made more pleasant with a cup of coffee and a warm bag of popcorn. Before I knew it, my vehicle was finished and I had a careful explanation on the findings. Next I was walked over to the payment desk where my paperwork was efficiently completed. There was no surprises on payment as cost was fully explained at onset. Last but not least my freshly washed car was brought around to the entry. Overall, a great experience More
