Dealer highly recommended......offered coffe and bottled water and several areas to sit and relax. But did not enjoy the tv with football ....yuk football! Even on Monday morning....enough alqready! However... I brought my book, found a comfy chair and enjoyed readinf quietly for an hour!!! Josie was very helpful in re-scheduling my first service, she worked with me finding a convenient date. Very nice, good customer service all around! So far no problems with the car.... More

Long wait for oil change! Called around 10:30AM on a Friday for oil change. Spoke with Maria and she told me I could come in around 11:30 and it would probably take about an h Called around 10:30AM on a Friday for oil change. Spoke with Maria and she told me I could come in around 11:30 and it would probably take about an hour wait time. Got there around 11:20. Had to wait over two hours and didn’t get out of there until after 1:30PM. Long wait for an oil change. Past experiences here have been great, but this one was slow and frustrating. Cory in service is the best, but he was not there on this particular day. Also had a large black spot on the plastic guard over the quarter panel where it was brushed as someone got in the car. Can’t understand why this has to happen and not get noticed or cleaned up. More

Staff is friendly I arrived at the dealership late due to construction. I let the staff know that I can reschedule if they can't fit me in since I was late. I waited in the lobby/waiting area for about 90 minutes. It was comfortable enough & I wasn't bored because they had the TV on. No one bugged me about trading in my vehicle this time. Cory informed me that this was my last free maintenance service, which I appreciated. Overall, my experience was pleasant. More
