Great job! I went in to have work done on my outback and they said they would need it overnight so they shuttled me home. Four hours later I got the call and sa I went in to have work done on my outback and they said they would need it overnight so they shuttled me home. Four hours later I got the call and said the car was done! Fast work! Dan was great to deal with and the shuttle drivers were amazing. Thank you for a great service. More
Dan took very good care of my 'ru! We first met Luigi when we were looking for our first Forester. He was so friendly and not pushy. A very nice woman set up the appointment. Then, Dan took care of all our needs. He was upfront and honest with us on what needed to be done. We are very pleased with the level of professionalism at this location. We will be back. More

An enjoyable experience. I’m from out of state but was treated like I was a regular important customer and maybe even more. When I brought the car in it was 1:55PM and was told with the work in the shop it would take 2 hours - so I said OK. The service was an oil change, cabin filer replace and 2 software updates via recalls - I was thinking this should not take 2 hours but whatever. I had no other transportation so I waited and walked around the lot and that is when I noticed my car was driven in the back and left in the lot - they did not have my car in the shop and were not working on it. At 5 minutes passed 4 I received a call on my cell that my car was ready. What are the chances that an oil change, cabin filter replace and 2 software updates would actually take exactly 2 hours? Since I made an appointment I have to assume they had techs to work on my car (and since there were many other time slots open, I have to assume they were not too busy) - so why 2 hours for these service? The work was good and done properly as far as I can tell, and these services were part of my lease so I did not pay for them - however when I do have to pay for these services I may very well not return to the dealer - this was a 3 hour ordeal that should not have taken this long. More

Excellent service, competent personnel, fair pricing I had several undiagnosed issues with my Forester including: tire and brake wear; a "clunking" sound underneath the vehicle; and a navigation system t I had several undiagnosed issues with my Forester including: tire and brake wear; a "clunking" sound underneath the vehicle; and a navigation system that wasn't working. Cory and his team quickly diagnosed the issues including new tires and brakes and resetting the navigation system. The pricing for all these repairs was very reasonable. I had some tough time constraints and was able to make my next appointment. More
