While everyone was fairly friendly, my advisor, Sergio talked over me and seemed rushed the whole time. I never got to fully explain what was going on with my car because he kept talking over me. It had been to another Subaru specialist before with a complex issue, I needed to be heard. I also didn’t appreciate him asking “what are your plans for this car.” I don’t think that gave me a lot of trust in the business as a new client. While I understand he probably meant it as “if it’s this issue it might be more than the car is worth” but it was a bad question to ask. I love my car and work hard to maintain it as best I can, I don’t think a scare tactic is very helpful. I also think the prices are very predatory. I know it costs more for OEM parts and for a big, nice facility, but 3x what a similar Subaru specialist charges is unreasonable. I will not be returning to this dealership in the future because of this. More

Oil change took 4 hours and there was NO COMMUNICATION. My advisor Sergio Macias checked me in and explained it would take about an hour. At 9:28 Sergio started a text message thread to update me on my vehicle, but I never heard from him again. At 11:56, I responded back by text asking for an update on my car. No response, so 50 minutes later I headed back to the Dealorship. They fumbled to find my paperwork, and then went to check on the progress of my car--only to be told it was up in the air and would take another 15 minutes. At 1:07 I finally drove away. I never saw or heard from Sergio after his 9:28 text, and I have no idea what happened. There was also NO follow up on the sound my vent was making. This was our first time servicing our car here and I have no desire to return. The lack of communication and service was just so sad. I truly don't understand running a service department like this.
