Every sales person I worked with at Moore (Joe, Amanda, one other who I didn't catch the name) were extremely difficult to work with. When I brought up my concerns with them they blamed me for the difficulty. Additionally the sales personnel intentionally hid the fact that the car had some mechanical issues but when I brought them up they refused to fix them even though it would have been easy for them to do so right there at the service department. More
2015 Forester Purchase Papa Joe and John provided support in working our way through the purchase and paper process making it an easy and comfortable experience. Joe provided great information on how to operate the vehicle and knows the product well. John worked with us on coming up with a price that we thought was fair and very reasonable. The dealership showroom is clean and comfortable with great coffee and no loud music which made the total experience more pleasant. And, we are enjoying the Forester. It appear to be a great vehicle. Bob was comfortable, knowledgable and very friendly! Gave us the best deal, wasn't afraid to let us leave to look at 2 other cars. Welcomed us back when we came to purchase from him. Today, I had another great experience with Kevin Youtsey who helped me with my blue tooth and phone situation. He was very knowledgable, friendly, helped me get the phone blue tooth working, share with me some tips for problem solving if I have any other problems. Everyone is very friendly at this dealership. Our car has also used the Service department. Excellent car, happy people no matter where you turn! Great job all!! More

Go see Kevin I hate buying and leasing cars... at least I thought I did. Went in intending to lease one model for my fiance (Impreza hatchback) and walked out with I hate buying and leasing cars... at least I thought I did. Went in intending to lease one model for my fiance (Impreza hatchback) and walked out with a lease on an awesome XV Crosstrek. Kevin did not use high pressure sales tactics, was completely forthright, patient, was willing to take but also give, and was an overall fun person to be around and do business with. Basically the antitheses of the stereotypical car salesman. He also spent a good portion of his time, including some of which was after his shift had ended teaching us how to use everything in the car. We never felt rushed and Kevin went so far as to tell us that if we couldn't get the garage door opener to pair up, that he would physically come to our home and set it up for us. The car he leased us was pretty awesome too :) More
Used car buying experience I had contacted Mr. Reyes a week or so while looking for a car on the dealership lot. He was kind enough to show me what I was interested in. I adv I had contacted Mr. Reyes a week or so while looking for a car on the dealership lot. He was kind enough to show me what I was interested in. I advised him that I want to think it over, and he asked if he could check back with me in a couple of days. I happened to have to be out of town when he called, but advised me that he would wait for my return. On 5/24/14 I again went to the dealership and completed a sales agreement. Mr. Reyes was nice enough to come by my home to have my wife sign papers she needed to sign. She was suffering a severe headache, and her not having to go to the dealership was a tremendous help. Later that day I went back to the dealership with a question. Mr. Reyes was busy with another customer, but Kevin Youtsey asked me if he could be of assistance. He was great in answering my question and even spent time teaching me how to use some of the features of my vehicle. I really appreciated how I was treated and the car buying experience was positive. My husband had been given the opportunity to drive the car to our home the afternoon before and was so taken with it that we brought it back and decided that we would purchase it. When we went back a day or so later to inquire about buying a car; they spent a great deal of time helping us select just the right car for us; it was a process and Kevin took through that process as an expert in his field. What we liked about the process was that we never felt that weI were being pressured as you do in a lot of dealerships. When it was time to visit finance, Evan skillfully led us through that process. All in all we are satisfied that we bought a car that will serve us well at the right price. I was also impressed with the way Kevin went through the car with us; it has a lot of technolgy that we have never used before and he had the skill and took the time to take us through all of it; rather unusual in my expereience. Kevin is the Subaru Guru! We actually were helped by another salesman first named Joe, which I would NOT recommend to anyone. We needed to get our title at home and returned back at the dealership and I another salesman first named Joe, which I would NOT recommend to anyone. We needed to get our title at home and returned back at the dealership and I had a few more questions and Kevin was available to help. While helping us with my question Kevin realized that Joe didn't go over anything about the car with us at all. So Kevin took at least an hour of his time that he could have been helping a possible new customer to purchase a car, but instead went over everything about our new Forester we just purchased.
